From £50 per Session*

*Payment is due at time of booking your appointment.                        48hrs notice (working days) is required to cancel or amend your session.  If less than 48hrs, the full fee will be payable

£100 – Initial Session* –  (including pre-assessment)

From £80 per 60-Minute Session*

72 hrs (working days) notice is required to amend or cancel your appointment. If less than 72hrs, the full fee will be payable.

Payments

Payment is due as soon as the session is booked in the diary, i.e., weekly in advance.

Payments can be made by bank transfer or by PayPal

Cancellation Policy:

1 to 1 sessions – 48 hours notice *(working days) is required to change or cancel your appointment. If less than 48 hours is given a full session fee will apply

Couples sessions – 72 hours notice *(working days) is required to change or cancel your appointment. If less than 72 hours, the full fee will be payable

£50.00 to apply for letter requests from clients (one page)

Written requests for copy of client notes/documents are supplied in pdf format, free of charge.

Company fees

Requests for copy of client notes are only processed with clients authority.  Documents will be supplied in pdf format, free of charge.

Requests to supply additional information, are subject to the following charges:-

£50 minimum charge to apply (covers letter and up to two photocopies)

£  2 per sheet thereafter (photocopies)

From £50 per assessment (for initial, mid-term or final assessment)
